Urgent help – all services

There are a wide range of services available across Leeds, specific to certain needs and age brackets. Each service shown below provides information on what they offer, the ages they support and opening times.

Please note: all the services on this page are still running during the covid pandemic.

Teen Connect

We aren’t a call centre, we are a small, friendly team of people who all have some experience of managing our own difficulties.

We can offer up to an hour of support each night either by phone, text or online chat with one of our trained staff to talk about what you’re going through.

If we can’t support you right away, someone will let you know what time we can be available.

Dial House

Dial House is a sanctuary for young people when they are in crisis, to relax in a homely environment and have an hour of one-to-one support from the team of Crisis Support Workers.

At Dial House, we have a family room so parents in crisis can bring children with them. We transport visitors to and from the house by taxi to ensure their journeys are safe and comfortable.

Dial house offers face-to-face, phone and video support.

We can also support deaf visitors using BSL.
