Due to current government guidance we are not offering any face to face services at the moment. However, our telephone support service is now live.
If you are a client that was already seeing a worker at The Market Place for weekly My Plan or Counselling sessions before face to face work was temporarily stopped you can have weekly phone support. If you have not been contacted about this already please get in touch with us on 0113 246 1659 and leave a message with your name, a phone number we can ring you on and the name of the worker you were seeing and we can try and get this organised for you until our face to face appointments are running again.
Even if you did not have a regular appointment you can still have phone support from the Market Place. To access telephone support please book your slot ONE DAY IN ADVANCE. Support sessions last up to 30 minutes and you can book a slot between 12 and 6pm, we are open 7 days a week. Anyone aged between 11-25 in Leeds can book a telephone support slot.
You can book a slot even if you have never used us before. The sessions are for you to talk about any issue that may be affecting you. Click here if you need urgent help
Check out our website for more information about the telephone support service and find out about the other services The Market Place normally offers once face to face work is resumed.
As part of our telephone support service, there are now some same day telephone support appointments available. This will be starting from Monday 4th May 2020 and is for young people aged 11-25yrs old from Leeds. You access these appointments by telephoning The Market Place on 0113 246 1659, between 11.30am and 5pm for this service. If there is an appointment available you will be given a time when a worker will call you. The support will be for up to 30mins.
The same day telephone support service doesn’t replace the current telephone support service, where you book a slot for the next day, it is as well as. Read our telephone support agreement which might be useful.
