What is it?

A printable set of pages which contain information, practical activity sheets and references for further reading so that young people can 'learn more about anxiety and how to cope with it'

What young people say

It's well-laid-out, detailed and very clear, and refers to examples that are current and relatable. It also adopts a friendly tone which makes the booklet enjoyable to read. It's good how you can print it off and can look at it at any time, or for someone who might not be able to access things online. It's not very colourful and doesn't contain many graphics.
