Help MindMate resources for order
MindMate Leeds have various resources to support the promotion of MindMate across the city and raise awareness of local support services for young people.
If you work or volunteer with young people in Leeds, these resources are free to order from the Public Health Resource Centre. To place an order, please email phrc@leeds.gov.uk to request an order form.

'Help in a crisis' card
Pull out leaflet (credit card size when folded) detailing crisis /out of hours services. You can also order a display box.
Support cards
A pull-out leaflet aimed at 11+ describing the different ways to access mental health support services with a display box. Folds out to A3 size. Titled, Are you under 18 and live in Leeds? Confused about how to get support for your mental health?
MindMaze game
This board game (developed in Leeds) is free to borrow and use with groups of young people to encourage conversations about mental health stigma.
Self harm support booklet
A practical guide for people working in Leeds with children who may self-harm or feel suicidal.
