It can be hard to get a straight answer on questions about using alcohol and drugs without feeling judged – but it’s important to be armed with the facts.
Forward Leeds offer one to one support for young people who may want to learn more about drugs and alcohol or feel they would benefit from some support to cut down their drug or alcohol use. Forward Leeds is a voluntary service which means that you aren’t forced to work with them – it’s up to you. If you change your mind at any time that’s fine. Also the appointments are confidential and they have no need to share information about your use with other people unless you are putting yourself at serious risk of harm.
