How to run a MindMate promotion in your school

Would your school like to raise awareness about mental health and wellbeing?

Would you like to invite the MindMate Ambassadors and mental health support services to your school to talk to pupils; staff or parents and carers about support available?

Would you like information on training or joining the pupil leadership programme and ordering FREE ‘MindMate’ resources?

This page sets out how to make the most of all the initiatives to promote mental health within your Leeds school.


Invite local services to talk to pupils and staff

MindMate Ambassadors and local support services can visit your school to run awareness stalls or run sessions with pupils. To book a MindMate Ambassador visit to a high school please email Liz Neill

The LCC Health and Wellbeing Service runs a variety of initiatives including the School MindMate Ambassador Programme and MindMate Champion programme.
